Dankzij de spreekoefening van aflevering 6 ben je helemaal klaar om de laagte verder te ontwikkelen in een gezongen oefening. Om lage tonen te ontwikkelen moeten de ademstroom en de ademdruk afnemen. Kraak is daarom opnieuw de ideale start van deze oefening. In de laagte kun je niet luider worden. Maak de klank dus steeds zachter in de laagte, hierdoor zal de ademdruk afnemen.
